It’s amazing what some people can do with some abandoned place, a storage unit, or even a closed-down market. With a little bit of money and some creativity, you won’t believe what some of these people have done with so little. There are some people who can turn even the worst places into amazing works and we found some really incredible architecture transformations. Let’s check them out.

1. Laura Jane Clark – This is probably one of the most ambitious projects ever taken up by an architect. Laura Clark just got her degree from Glasgow School of Art and was looking for a unique challenge and she really found one. Just imagine the usual public restrooms in 80s… and now imagine they had been abandoned since.

2. Debbi White Shed Transformation – This incredible story shows us how anything can be turned into a pleasant living space no matter what it is. The couple ended up turning an old shed in their backyard into a small cottage. The storage shed wasn’t being used, so they thought it would make a perfect little guest house, and they were right.

3. Couple builds tiny home – Here is another incredible example of what some people can do with some imagination and some creativity. If you have ever wanted to build your own tiny home, then you could easily learn from their experience.

4. Barn Transformation – When we see old barns, we usually don’t pay much attention to them. However, this really amazing transformation shows what the team from a show called ‘Reframe This Space’ did to an old barn which was empty aside from some hay and an old safe left inside. The 120-year-old barn had stood unused for many years and has a big wall made of stone which ended up being the perfect touch for the gentleman’s lounge idea that ‘Reframe This Space’ decided on.

5. Vyacheslav Minchanin – At first people didn’t understand why an invalid in a wheelchair would buy some old store. But later everything became clear. Vyacheslav Minchanin bought this store in a village and turned it into his home. Vyacheslav lost his legs and has to move around with the help of a wheelchair. But this didn’t stop the man from building his own house.

There’s some public bathrooms that were turned into a KFC opposite to the church I went to as a child (Potter’s House).? For the first year my family didn’t want to get anything from the place. In the end my mom used logic and declared that it’s safe to eat there. I think I should tell my little sister ’cause she doesn’t know.?

It is highly frustrating how little time you spend showing the actual old and new. I don’t really care to see a person with a credit card in front of a computer to explain how they paid for things. I want to see the OLD version and the NEW version of remodel.

yeah this channel always kills the videos with the over use of pics to back up the words, it’s ridiculous, unnecessary and annoying and really detracts from the actual story
all those white knights defending his excessive use of pics need to be beaten to death with a hammer
      they’re fucking idiots

I know right I was waiting on the story about the women who bought the public restroom and all these other videos was on here. Like what do they have to do with her buying the bathroom ?? just saying. I hate when I read a caption like this and then watch it such a let down lol. Hope this person does better on that next time.

hafiza nasriah I just don’t see the $25,000, it must be in the appliances.. I have a brother who built a home on an old trailer frame and he used recycled materials and some new, the finished product cost less than $6,000. They live very comfortably and it’s a beautiful home. I guess the smaller the space the more expensive? Makes NO sense to me…?

cyke90 1:38 Really?!?! Refurbished, free, recycling materials?? Freaken expensive!! I think her daddy paid himself… Restore and the Boneyard here in Northern New Mexico could have provided for ONE TENTH of that inflated price… DANG! I agree with you..?PSYCH!!?

Um laughing, while theese are wonderful and creative, the only one that I feel deserves the mention is the 2,000$ she’d house. We bought a mobile home for 3,000$ we live on 700 a month so that was a lot to us. But it took our rent from 450 to 250. The walls were warped the sinks leaked, the floors had soft spots there was mold in some places. The bed rooms not even big enough for a twin bed. We are gutting it, and fixing it ourselves I have a brand new kitchen for less than 1,000, a brand new living room for less than 600, and the bathroom is next. If you do it yourself, if you wait for sales, if you watch for coupons, if you pay attention to craigslist you can make a new home so cheap and easy. Don’t be afraid to try, if you mess up you won’t break your wallet rebuying. My vinyl floor was on clearance from 250 down to 50$ work with what you can find, and the benefits are priceless.?

“…antique rugs which were *borrowed to the couple*”. NO NO NO!
It ought to be either, “…which were borrowed by the couple” or “which were loaned to the couple” .

It is definitely cost a lot renovating, and with difficulties, specially if you live in tropical humid country…you have to put sealant in everything but not air tight…
But at the same time, rewarding. ?
