Ksh. 11 Million for such distasteful finishes? No thanks. The tiles, gypsum design, cabinets, doors, wall paint, need i say more? Thoughtful lights on the stair risers but wrong execution, blue LEDs’ mixed with earth colors is the worst combination, plus the brightness will blind anyone going up those stairs. The structure looks nice but everything else takes away all the good points. consult an interior architect to help with the finishes next time, if you did so have him pay you your money plus compensation for misleading you.

The outside looks ok..but the inside under delivers…for 11m. The cabinet under the staircase is alittle displaced…and the flooring is not modern…

The narrator has no knowledge of construction technical terms whatsoever,………..this needs a person who has been in the construction industry…….eg are the wardrobes made from MDF etc these are some points buyers look out for, are the bathroom mixers 4way or 5way…….etc.

In 2011, polystyrene-based prefabs were in use. Looked into it but the cost savings were not anywhere near the 30% promised. Worse still, there are barely any fundis trained in the technology. NHC and HF made huge promises but often glossed over these important details. The only promise left is that it is faster.
