Prefab Panels Construction Technology.

New technologies in the country are not only simplifying construction but also making it affordable and eliminating the hustles experienced in conventional stone and mortar construction.

Prefab Panels Construction Technology is a solution that is affordable, fast and efficient.
This technology uses factory precast concrete panels in standard sections which are assembled onsite to form the exterior and to provide a shell upon which the internal finishing of the structure is done. The precast panels are also reinforced with steel so not easily breakable.
We have 3 options on the height: 2.5m, 2.7m and 3m
The width is standard at 0.6m ( 2 Feet ) .

Using this technology, you can undertake any construction project including apartments blocks. It reduces the construction time by 50%, 2 months for a bungalow as compared to 6 months and saves you 30% – 40% of your construction cost. It also gives you larger rooms as it is 4 inches thick and no plastering as compared to a stone which is 6 inches plus plastering making it 7 inches.

With the panel technology, you can achieve any finishing desired interior and exterior. You can go all out for a 5 star finish, it all depends on your budget.

Nice!!!..How much did it cost to build such a house? How strong is it?Does it have longevity issues? I would really like to know on this? Do you have a site/place where you can demonstrate on this i.e the construction work from scratch?

I am interested in your building method. Do you have any small Swahili style house for 3 bedrooms plans (preferably less than 100 square meters) and building cost estimate? I envision building a small retirement home in the Mombasa area. Please let me know.
