I hve been working in gcc country since 2000 ,day by day there are many buildings and flats are constructing by using interlocks and cement bricks with the support of slabs and I hve never seen any kind of maintance problem,i think we kerelaites are very conscious about durability we use only cements and chengal which is more coast and durabity similar to interlocks and holo bricks.we should change our mind set present am constructing my hom with same method even the floor i going to use clay tiles and the total cost will be 18 lcks for 1200 sq
