Hey CT, this is an interesting video..   I am aTile layer from Australia, and have seen a remedial treatment similar to this, but with chemical treatment instead of  ‘sand and water’.Tell me, does the method in this video work for long term?Thank you for sharing your videos,Bruce from Australia

I invented a system that is through a machine and have full partially any void. If someone what’s more information I’m getting ready to start selling them as I make them myself. Take no time at all and is extremely easy.

Since the edges are not grouted/pointed. It is better to use injection. First, install plastic packers along the tile edges where the ‘hollow area’ is required. Seal the tile edges with sealant. Wait for the sealant to dry off. Then inject the epoxy. When finish, scrap of the sealant and remove the packers.

@Tomoko Oshima It all depends on how big is the affected hollow area. If the area small, it is easier to repair by drilling a small hole using Dremel drill bits, (about 2mm dia hole) in between the grouted gap and use a 150 or 300ml medical syringe fill with liquid epoxy and inject into the 2mm hole. However, the hole must be sealed when the syringe tip is inserted to the hole as it will pops-up when pressure is apply during injection.
