IIT Madras should be given the institute of excellence tag.
“Institute of Eminence” status has been given to IIT – Madras

Exactly
3D printing was topic of my Master Thesis, i am glad in India its getting recognized. Its true, if 3D printing is not supported by companies and govt. then we need to look for international companies. In Amsterdam, Dubai and China have big and successful projects under 3D printing. So, hope Indian govt. support this new technology. All the best for IIT Madras.
No government is busy on fidding ambani and adani

How do we reach out to these gentlemen?
Great achievement.
Good news it has come in India, but The technology already existing in China n other parts of the world not just houses also buildings say upto 5 to 6 floors.
It will make construction of houses very cheap with less labour n short time.
It actually takes more time to build it then normal labour but there is a pro Point that it can run 24/7 which somehow is better
Please tell anyone know who did this job it will be very helpful for me . I am also doing this kind of project from iiest shibpur…so please help me with that project
Proud to have a college like iit Madras
Nice
Will this technology affect daily wages ppl in India? I mean rise of unemployment
According to me It totally depends on the daily wages people, I know they can’t do the Technical stuff required in the Projects but still people needed to join small pieces to build house.
The daily wages people need not worry now because it take too long to promote such advance and great technology because People will used say that 3D building are weaker and not good as bricks. There are also less startups to promote this and already major construction projects started to construct with the old method after that much of investment in projects the government will not support this.
Support is needed in India for tech
Sir/Madam,
Please answer this few questions.
How will it benefit India?
How is it better than traditional construction?
Will it be safe to construct huge buildings?
Will the unorganised sector like construction workers loose jobs?
If its 3d printed than gunda politicians won’t be able to loot money from house building
Copied from foreign country startups. Other countries already build houses using 3d print
@3D Printing Indian agreed. Hope for better upgrades fast. ?
Still it’s for the better
Bc,eta to agei onno desh gulo baniya feleche, specially china…..new thinking needed
Won’t this take away the jobs of those poor labourers.hence their bread and butter
@Vile Hawkzlol that’s my point I know that. I want a solution for that a balance between both
