Architects of Stron-Holding – and Concept MV created a concept of architectural project of hotel named ‘Tulpar’. THE CONCEPT OF LOOKING FOR HIS OWNER OR INVESTOR!
The idea, which inspired us, was the Coat of Arms of Kazakhstan Republic where the wings symbolize the idea of building a strong, prosperous government. In addition, they illustrate the best intentions and pursuit of enhancement, social, natural, and world civilization’s harmony. It is a quite interesting and unconventional piece of work which also might be considered as a promising area of architectural vision. Its height is 180 meters, its total area is 200000 square meters, and there are over 1000 apartments. Furthermore, environment-friendly Park, apartments with attached pools, which can be covered with glass-made façade, so that they might be used throughout all seasons, is taken into account in the project. In addition, the following balcony might be used as a winter garden. There is also a pond with its own flora and fauna, Leisure Park with a total area of 12 hectare, hypermarket with a total area of 140000 square meters, parking lot with a total area of 80000 square meters. All of the above mentioned objects make one united system of available services. It is an attractive place for tourists and cultural leisure. There is a modern façade system. The concert hall might be transformed into a children’s leisure center during the daytime. There is a square of modern culture, and, of course, a stable micro-climate. In order to accomplish carrying out of events, conference halls were created. Cinemas, cafes and restaurants are created for the quality leisure time. Gyms were also taken into account in order to provide convenient trainings. The park of culture is covered with a stretched Teflon coating which allows to maintain a tropical micro-climate all year-round and to pass the sunlight perfectly. I find this project as a great example of the innovative vision of architecture. Seems like a piece of art to me, like a sculpture or something. I’d really love to see it in our capital!
